I have been taking the Korean class at Busan Foundation for International Cooperation for 2 years. I began in Class LA (Lv. 3) and now I am in Class MA (Lv. 4). I was surprised when I first came here and met many foreign friends from different countries including China, Japan and America. I once studied Korean at a Multicultural Family Support Center, but I didn’t make much progress in my Korean as there were lots of Vietnamese friends. I like the Korean class here because I use a lot of Korean. I now have many friends and I am making progress in my Korean, so I’m willing to keep studying Korean at Busan Global Center.
저는 2년동안 부산국제교류재단 한국어강좌를 수강하고 있습니다. 처음에는 라(Level 3)반이었지만, 지금은 마(Level 4)반이 되었습니다. 처음 글로벌센터에 왔을 때, 중국, 일본, 미국 등 다양한 나라 출신의 외국인 친구들이 많아서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 저는 다문화가족센터에서 한국어를 배웠는데, 그곳에는 베트남 친구들이 많아 대화할 때 베트남어를 많이 쓰다 보니 한국어가 늘지 않았습니다. 그러나 한국어강좌는 수업할 때 한국어를 많이 써서 좋습니다. 친구도 많아지고 한국어도 늘고 있어서 앞으로도 부산글로벌센터에서 계속 한국어를 배울 예정입니다.

This is my second time taking a Korean class. It is hard, but the teacher is very kind, and I have fun here. I can meet friends from many other countries and learn about their cultures. Busan Foundation for International Cooperation is offering many convenient programs to expats who don’t speak Korean. I will keep doing my best to study Korean.
저는 한국어강좌를 수강하는 것이 두 번째입니다. 수업은 어렵지만 선생님도 친절하시고 수업에 오면 즐거운 시간을 보냅니다. 여러 나라에서 온 학생들을 만날 수 있고 그 나라의 문화도 배울 수 있습니다. 부산국제교류재단에는 다방면으로 외국인들을 도우며, 한국어를 모르는 외국인들에게 매우 편리한 프로그램들을 제공하고 있습니다. 앞으로도 열심히 공부할 것입니다.

It’s been 3 years since I came to Korea. I was busy with married life, but enjoyed attending Korean class with the teachers and friends twice a week. I learned many things about Korea and made friends. I want to improve my Korean and get a job at a good company.
저는 한국에 온 지 3년 되었습니다. 한국에 와서 결혼생활 때문에 바빴는데 매주 두 번씩 한국어강좌에 와서 선생님과 친구들과 재미있게 수업을 들었습니다. 한국에 대해 모르는 것도 배우고 친구들도 사귀었습니다. 한국어 공부를 열심히해서 좋은 회사에 들어가고 싶습니다.

Korean Class is so fun and the teacher is very enthusiastic. I’m studying Korean here as I love the service Busan Global Center offers. It would be nice to keep having these kinds of programs. Thanks to the Korean class, I have got to know many friends and good teachers.
한국어 수업은 너무 재미있고 선생님도 열심히 가르쳐주십니다. 부산글로벌센터의 좋은 서비스 덕분에 한국어를 계속 공부하고 있습니다. 앞으로도 이런 프로그램이 계속 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 덕분에 친구들도 많이 만나고 좋은 선생님들도 만날 수 있어 좋습니다.
