The 12th BGL to me is like a ‘HaeMulTang (Seafood Stew in Korea).’ As HaeMulTang mingles many ingredients from the land and the sea for deeper flavor, Busan Global Supporters brought different people together blending their ideas and individual spices. My 5 months with BGL gave me a chance to experience ‘Global City Busan’ with many friends and to share everyday memory even after the project. Do you have friends who can laugh and cry with you in your daily life? If you don’t, come and meet your friends at BGL!
저에게 BGL(비글) 12기는 ‘해물탕’입니다. 해물탕이 육지, 바다 등 각기 다른 곳에서 온 여러 재료들이 모여 하나의 조화를 이루고 시간이 지날수록 더 깊은 맛을 내듯이, 부산글로벌서포터즈도 다 다른 개성의 사람들이 모여 시간이 지날수록 서로에게 힘이 되고 의지하며 점점 깊어지는 활동이었습니다. 5개월 동안 ‘글로벌 도시 부산’을 몸소 느낄 수 있는 시간이자, 활동 후에도 일상의 추억을 공유할 사람들이 생겼습니다. 여러분의 일상을 같이 울어주고 웃어줄 진정한 사람들, 여러분은 있으신가요? 없으시다면 비글에서 만나보세요!

Through BGL, I enjoyed planning events full of cultural experiences and games with foreigners from all around the world. I particularly enjoyed the Halloween party in October!

It was fun to plan and promote many events for foreign residents in Busan. It was very rewarding to achieve our goal thanks to the ideas and cooperation with other BGLs.
부산에 있는 다양한 외국인들을 위해서 행사를 기획하고 홍보할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 같이 활동한 비글들의 아이디어와 협동으로 목표를 가지고 하나하나 성취할 수 있었던 것들이 보람 있었습니다.

Busan Global Supporters is a meaningful project that allows you to plan events or interact with foreigners. The most rewarding moment was when I saw the participants interested in Korea and Busan and telling me they would like to join the next event. Just like the successful activities in March and April, I'd like to contribute to the interaction between local citizens and foreigners in Busan. We will be looking forward to your continuing interest in our projects!
부산글로벌서포터즈는 행사를 기획할 수도, 외국인들과 교류할 수도 있는 의미 있는 활동입니다. 참가자 분들이 한국과 부산에 대해 흥미를 보이고, 다음 행사도 참여하고 싶다고 할 때가 저에게 가장 뿌듯한 순간이었습니다. 3, 4월 행사를 성공리에 마무리 한만큼 남은 행사도 최선을 다해 준비해서 부산시민과 외국인의 교류에 더욱 보탬이 되고 싶습니다. 앞으로의 행사도 많은 관심 부탁 드립니다. 13기 화이팅!

When I was studying overseas, I needed help adapting to my new environment. So, I'd like to be a good friend to foreigners in Busan through the Busan Global Supporters. I want to emerge as a leader of the global era by understanding and learning different views and cultures and making friends.
제가 처음 외국에서 공부했을 때를 돌이켜보면, 적응할 때까지 누군가의 도움이 필요했습니다. 부산 거주 외국인들에게 도움을 줄 수 부산글로벌서포터즈 활동을 통해 부산에 처음 온 외국인 친구들에게 좋은 친구가 되어주고 싶습니다. 다른 가치관과 문화를 가진 친구들을 만나며 서로 다름을 이해하고 함께 어울리며 글로벌 시대의 선두주자로 나아가고 싶습니다!

I will do my best to help both Koreans and foreigners to interact with members of the Busan Global Supporters team. By planning and running various meaningful programs, I'd like to do my part in promoting a positive image of BFIC and Busan as 'a good city to live in'.
제13기 부산글로벌서포터즈로서 팀원들과 함께 내외국인들이 교류할 수 있는 친목의 장을 만들 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. 다채롭고 유익한 프로그램들을 기획, 운영하여 긍정적인 부산국제교류재단과 ‘살기 좋은 도시 부산’의 이미지를 만들어나가고 싶습니다.
