Busan Foundation for International Cooperation held a business cooperation agreement ceremony to
promote cooperation projects and sustainable cooperative systems. These goals are hoped to be ac
hieved by expanding mutual efforts with the Korea-
Africa Foundation. The meeting took place in the exchange room at 11 a.m. on April 13 (Thur.).
본 재단은 4.13(목), 11시, 재단 교류실에서 한․아프리카재단과의 상호협력 확대를 통한 교류협력 사업 촉진 및 향후 다양한 부문의 지속적인 협력 체계 구축을 위한 업무협력 협약식을 개최하였습니다.
The agreement ceremony started with introductions of the attendees, followed by a video introduction
of the foundation, progress and assignment reports, greetings from the head of both organizations,
agreement signing, and commemorative photos. The main cooperation contents included ▲Mutual int
ellectual exchange and identifying joint business opportunites to promote cooperation with Africa, ▲Pr
omoting cooperative projects to build networks between citizens and youth in Busan and Africa.
협약식은 참석자 소개를 시작으로 재단 소개영상 감상, 추진경과 및 과제보고, 양 기관장 인사말씀, 협약서 체결, 기념사진 촬영 순으로 되었으며, 주요 협력내용으로는 ▲아프리카와의 교류협력 촉진을 위한 관련 정보의 상호교환 및 공동사업 발굴, ▲부산과 아프리카 시민 및 청년 간 네트워크 구축 및 교류 활성화를 위한 협력사업 추진등이 포함되어 있습니다.
BFIC held joint cooperation projects; ‘Africa Café’ and ‘Korea-
Africa Youth Forum’, in 2019 and 2021, and they have led to meaningful fruition by signing the agreemen
t today. We hope this can be the cornerstone for the two foundations to enhance exchange and syne
rgy between Busan and Africa.
특히 한아프리카재단과는 2019년과 2021년 공동협력사업으로 '아프리카 까페'와 '한아프리카 청년포럼'을 진행하였으며, 오늘 양 기관이 협약을 체결함으로써 그간 이어온 협력이 마침내 결실을 맺게 되는 뜻깊은 자리가 되었습니다. 이번 협약을 계기로 양 재단이 '부산-아프리카 교류'에 앞장서서 교류 활성화 및 시너지 효과를 창출 할 수 있는 발판이 되길 기대합니다!
